Lesson Goals & Questions
You will be helping kids to grow as resilient disciples! Kids are more interested in learning if it relates to something they are curious about. Through this lesson we’re going to help kids explore these three questions they may have:
Question about God: Why did God send Jesus?
Big Goal 1: Kids will learn that God promised that the Son of God would be born to save us.
Question about people: How does our obedience to God help others?
Big Goal 2: Kids will learn that God sent Jesus to be the Savior of the world.
Question about our purpose: What does Jesus mean for me?
Big Goal 3: Kids will learn that Jesus is ‘God with us’ and we can trust Him for salvation.
Cultural Connection: Materialism
You will have the option to bring up the topic of materialism with kids, and encourage them in their discipleship.
