Lesson Goals & Questions

You will be helping students to grow as resilient disciples! Students are more interested in learning if it relates to something they are curious about or dealing with in their lives. Through this lesson we’re going to help students explore these three questions they may have:

  • He

Question about God: Why does prayer matter to God?

Big Goal #1: Students will learn that prayer aligns us with the very heart of God.

  • We

Question about people: Why should we pray for others?

Big Goal #2: Students will learn that prayer unites us in community and helps us to care more about other people.

  • Me

Question about our purpose: How should I pray?

Big Goal #3: Students will explore the power and importance of prayer when sharing the gospel.

Cultural Connection: Cyber Addiction

You will have the option to bring up the topic of cyber addiction with your students, and encourage them in their discipleship.
